History
Spavania is a world that has just discovered the wonders of steam engines, these engines are still quite new and rare to see for most people as it is reserved mostly for the royals or the military. With this discovery the art of magic has begun to decline in popularity and in usage with only the masters and a few apprentices still using the arcane.
This world contains 4 major nations with minor ones scattered between the borders. These nations are: Frealor - The Human state (These are like the Greece of earth History) Yadrait - The Beautiful Elven State (Middle Earth style Elves) Othana - The Dwarven and Lizardman State (Both live in harmony) and Trena - The Demi Human Tribes (Small villages of various Demi Humans scattered throughout the plains)
There is also a 5th nation that is currently at war with all 4 of the others. The reason is power and the Nation is Abros, A Nation of Mainly Demons and Humans who have been corrupted with the desire of power.
The war is similar to Earths World War 1 in that it is fought on the board of this and the Human nation in trenches.
